(3) Recommendation that the Collier County Board of Continued to 2/13/96 County Commissioners approve a resolution modifying the neuter/spay and pre-adoption health care program of impounded dogs and cats; provide continued funding of the existing neuter/spay trust fund; the payment of a service fee for each animal license sold, and repealing Resolution No. 91-214.
