of the Collier County Land Development Code, resulting in
several possible courses of action for the Board of
County Commissioners to consider.

Report submitted by the property owner/agent, has not

(5) Staff review and recommendations relative to Res. 97-056 Adopted 5/0
Ordinance 81-23, as amended, also known as the Myrtle
Woods PUD which, according to the required PUd Status
Report submitted by the property owner/agent, has not

several possible courses of action for the Board of

Easement located on a parcel of land lying in Section 6,

Commissioners amend the agreement dated June 1, 1994,
between the Collier County Veterans Council, Inc., and Extended to Feb. 1, 2000
the Collier County Board of County Commissioners to
provide transportation needs of Collier County Veterans
and their dependents beyond February 1, 1997.
(4) Recommendation to accept rent revenues from Collier
County Housing Authority to be used to pay overtime
salaries.
