BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT TRUST FUND
OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA
RESOLUTION 95-661
WHEREAS, Sections 161.141 through 161.211, Florida
Statutes, autho:ize the Board of Trustees of the Internal
Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida to lo~ate and fix an
erosion control line in the tid~l waters of the St~te of Florida
where beach erosion is a serious menace to the econcmy and general
welfare of the people of the sta:e; and,
WHEREA S,
the Board of Trustees of the Internal
Improvement Tru:5 t Fund 0 f the .S ta te 0 f Florida ,1e ld a public
hearing on the 14th day of July, 1995, at naples, Florida, on the
proposed Park Shore Beach, Collier County Erosion ('-mtrol Line as
surveyed by Richard J . Ewing, r 70fessional Land S,rveyor, being
more particularly described in E: ~ibit A, attached ~I!reto and made
a part hereof; an1,
WHEPEAS,
the Board of Trustees of the Internal
Improvement Trust Fund has examined the evidence o~ the merits of
the proposed beach erosion proje~t and finds that t'~e restoration
of the beach is in the interest f the public; and,
WHEREAS I all owners 0 lands r ipa r ian tc. the proposed
erosion control line and within (. thousand feet thereof by radial
measurement have been notified by certified mail of tie proceedings
to establish the \.rosion control line; and,
WHEREAS,
the Board 0f Truste~s of the Internal
Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida has determined 'that
all requirements of the statute~~ hereunto applical:'le have been
complied within proper manner.

Based on the foregoing, the erosion control line, more
particularly described in Exhibit A, is hereby approved, adopted,
and certified for the purposes prescribed by Sections 161.141
through 161.211, Florida Statutes, and shall remain in effect until
invalidated in accordance with the law.
