RESOLUTION NO. 95-658
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF BERKSHIRE
LANDINGS A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED
PLAT KNOWN AS BERKSHIRE LAKES UNIT NO. J
WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on July 25, 1989, approved the plat of Berkshire Lakes Unit
No. J for recording; and
WHEREAS, Sunset 12, Inc. has acquired a portion of Tract B of
Berkshire ],akes Unit NO. J and has filed for c: replat of said lands;
and
WHEREAS, this replat does not extingui!h or in anyway affect
the dedicat'.ons contained i. the previous plat of these lands unless
said dedicdtions are for, ally vacated sim1 ltaneously with the
acceptance of this replat; i nd
WHERLAS, this parcrl, the approved plat of Berkshire
Landings, is a part of a ~ reviously approved and recorded plat,
Berkshire Lakes Unit No. J, and the filing and recording of this
approved plat shall not affect access to lots previously conveyed
under the Berkshire Lakes Unit No. 3 plnt.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDE!ED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLL ER COUNTY, FLORIDl, that the plat of
Berkshin1 Landings / a part (' a previously apl't"oved and recorded
plat, Berkshire Lakes Unit Nc 3, is hereby approved for recording
and the dedications contained In the plat of Berkshire Landings are
hereby accepted.
BE Ir.:' FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court shall make proper notation of thi" action upon the
previous plat and record this replat resoluticr in the Official
Records of Collier County.
This Resolution adopted aiter motion, sec md and majority
vote favoring Sa1\'2.
