RESOLUTION NO. 95 -657
RESOLUTION 1,UTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
HIDDEN HARBOUR AT VICTORIA PARK, RELEASE OF THE
MAINTENANCE SECURITY, AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND
SEWER IMPROVE!1EtlTS THAT ARE lWT REQUIRED TO BE
MAIN','AINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on M ,y 12, 1992, approved the plat of Hidden Harbour at
victoria Park for recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer hns constructed and maintained the
roadway, draiage, water and lewer improvements in accordance with
the approved plans and specif cations and as reqilired by the Land
Development Code (Collier Cou ty Or~inance No. 9 -102, as amended);
and the utili\:ies Standards a d Procedures Ordin, nee (Collier
County Ordina~ce No. 88-76, a amended) I and
WHEREAS, the developer h~s now requested fi' al acceptance of
the roadway, lrainage, water nd sewer improveme ,ts and release of
his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of Development
Services Department has inspected the roadway, drainage, water and
sewer improvements and is recommending acceptanc~ of said
facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE OLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUN Y, FLORIDA, that f nal acceptance be
granted for those roadway, dr inage, water and s.wer improvements
in Hidden Harbour at victoria Park, and authorize- the Clerk to
release the ma:ntenance secur ty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AtlD ORDERED that the
future maintenance and other attendant costs for
drainage, water and sewer improvements that are
maintained by the homeowners association.
