WHEREAS, t'le Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, (her' inafter referred to as COUNTY) established the Pelican Bay Municipal Services Taxing and Benef :.t Unit for the purpose of pro riding water man~gement operations and maintenance, beautification of recreation 11 facilities and median areas, maintenance of ccnservation or preserve areaSj an I WHEREAS, ".he COUNTY int,-"nds to finance '" ,ter management beautification , f recreational operations a."ld maintenance, facilities and median areas, maintenance of conservation or preserve areas through the levy of a special af ;essment (non-ad valorem assess~ent) to those ~-operties ~enefj~e6 by the project. It is anticipated that the non-ad valorem assessments for water management operations and maintenance, beautif ication of recreational facilities median maintenance of and areas, conservation or preserve areas, shall be colle~ted over a period of one year.
