RESOLUTION NO. 95- 665
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
ADOPTING AND APPROVING GUIDELINES FOR USE OF
TOURIST DEVELOPMENT TAXES FOR GRANT PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners collects tour-
ist development taxes pursuant to section 125.0104, Florida
statutes, and Collier County Ordinance No. 92-60; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted certain
quidelines fO.t: the approval Jf tourist develop:lent grants by
motion of the Board of County commissioners; and
WHEREAS, the Board of county commissionE~s desires to
amend the ~~uidelines and to adopt such ~idelines by
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the quidelines
attached to this Resolution Ire hereby adopted and approved.
All previously adopted guidelInes are hereby res~inded.
