A RESOLUTION APPROVING SATISFACTION OF LIENS
FOR CERTAIN ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE PAID IN FULL THE
1992 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as
amended, the Bo~rd of County Commissioners on September 19, 1994
adopted Resolution No. 94-668 authorizing the recording of
notices of liens for the delinquent solid waste collection and
disposal services special asseE3ments for 1992; a~d
WHEREAS, Collier County Orc'inance No. 90-30, lS amended,
requires the Board to approve 1'1 ReSOlution and r(cord in the
Official Records a Satisfactior. of Lien on all accounts that have
been paid in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD 0."" COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that pUJ:suant to
Collier County Ordinance No. 91-30, as amended, the Board
recognizes full payment and reo dpt of the 1992 Sf.rvice Year
Solid Waste Col1ection and Dis).osal Special Assessment for the
following accounts numbered below, subsequent to the adoption of
ReSOlution No. 94-668, whereupon a lien had been ,'ecorded on real
property pertaining to the accC'unts identified hel:e1n. The
Satisfactions of Lien attached ~ereto referencing the accounts
identified herein are hereby a;,?roved and the Cha.rman is hereby
authorized to sign on behalf 01 the Board of County
Commissioners, and the Clerk is directed to recoro this
Resolution and ':hese Satisfactions of Lien indivieually in the
official recorda.; of Collier County:
