RESOLUTION AUTHORIZ NG FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE,~? ATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN QUAIL
WEST UNIT ONE, REP T BLOCKS E AND F, FIRST ADDITION,
RELEASE OF THE MAl ENANCE SECURITY, AND ACCEPTING THE
MAINTENANCE RESPONS BILITY FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE,
WATER AND SEWER IMPOVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE
MAINTAINED BY THE H MEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of Co nty commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on November 16, 1993. approved the plat ot Quail West Unit
One, Replat Blocks E and F, F rst Addition tor recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer 11

WHEREAS, the compliance ervices section ot Development Services

improvements and is recommend ng acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE OLV; [) BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COY, , LORIDA, that final acceptance be
granted for those roadway, dr ina(;e, water and sewer improvements in
Quail West Unit On'~, Replat Bock: E and F, First Addition, and
authorize the Clert. to relea th~ maintenance security.
