RESOLUTION NO. 95- 599
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as pr~vided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the (~st thereof to t 1e County as to eac~ parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Boaz 1 of County Commissioners, together
'JTith a description of said parcel; md
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid -md binding
obligation upon the property againe: which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall )ecome due and paya~le thirty (30)
lays after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after w..lich interest
,:hall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per annum on any
~npaid portion thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CC'llNTY
,:OMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the prcfJerty described

The Clerk of the Board shall r lil a notice of ass~ssment of lien
to the owner or owners of the abovE described property, and if such
owner fails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days hereof, a
cl~rtified copy of this Resolution shall be filed in th'! Office of the
Clerk of Courts, in and for Collier County, Florida, to constitute a
lien against such p~,operty according to law, unless su.':h direction is
stayed by this Boar(~ upon appeal of the assessment of the owner.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
