RESOLUTIOS NO. 95-~
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE DATE, TIME AND PUCE FOR THE PUBLIC
HEARING TO CONSIDER THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A 20 FOOT
ALLEY ON BLOCK 219 ON THE PUT OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT 6, AS
RECORDED IN PUT BOOK 5, PAGES 124-126, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 336.09 AND 336.10, Florida Statutes, Bill
Hoover, of Hoover Planning Shoppe, as agent for owners, Yilliam V. and Sheila M.
Coppola; John T. Magocs and Ann Long; Joseph and ~atherine Trupiano; Robert and
Yilliam Davidson; Darryl Damico and Leonard Swirda; and Sid Skidmore, do hereby
request a public hearing to consider the advisability of vacating a portion of a
20 foot alley on Block 219, on the plat of Golden Gate Unit 6, as recorded in
Plat Book 5, Pages ]24-126, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, at the request of staff, is
expanding the scope ~f the proposed vacation area to include a majority of the
20 foot alley in said Block 219, of 51 id plat, according to the map attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".
NOY, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B" THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, that.
Section One: This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the provisions of Section
336.09 (2), Florida Statute.
Section Two: The -li.~ day of Novembftt 1995, at 9:00 A.M. it the Board Room,
Third Floor, Building "F", County Cour :lou.e Complex, 3301 EU'"'t Tamiami Trail,
Naples, Florida, is hereby fixed as th time and place at wh: ~h the Board will
meet and consider the advisability of v :ating said 20 foot alley.
Section Three:
The Clerk is directed to advertise the adoption of this
Resolution once in a paper of generlll circulation in the C< '.lnty at least two
weeks prior to the date fixed in Section Two.
