RESOLUTION NO. 95- 577
RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND AUTHORIZING THOMAS E. CONRECODE,
PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION, TO
EXECUTE PERMITS, GRANT APPLICATIONS AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS
DOCUMENTS FOR THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT,
MARCO WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT AND GOODLAND WATER DISTRICT AS
"OWNER"; REPEALING AND SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 94-516
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, as
"owner" of various water and sewer utility systems, has a need for
the Public Works Division to conduct activities which require
permitting by local, state and federal agencies; and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of said Board to make applications
and submit documer,ts to local, state and federal agencies; and
WHEREAS, in order to expedite processing, it is necessary to
Officially appoint and have of record a County official authorized to
execute permits, grant applicatior; and other miscelllneous documents
previously approved by Board of C lunty Commission ac':ion, to various
agencies including the following:
U. S. Environmental Protectio.l Agency
Florida Department of Environmental Regulation
South Florida Water Management District
Florida Department of Natura: Resources
Other regulatory agencies ha' ing jurisdiction o"er the water
and sewer systems of Colli 'r County.
WHEREAS, in order to exped~ te processing, it is necessary to
officially appoint of record a County official to execute documents
wherein the Board has previously approved such docum\nts.
NOW, THEREFC;.u:, BE IT F SOLVED BY THE
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, LORIDA, that:

1) Public Works Administrator Thomas E. Com.'ecode is hereby
appointed and aut:'orized to execute the documents a foresaid for and
on behalf of the Board of Count l Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, as the Governing Board of the Collier Comty Water-Sewer
District, the Marco Water and Se\ler District and tl".e Goodland Water
District.
