RESOLUTION NO. 95-586
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CHARLES PURCELL
VanGELDER, III AND REAPPOINTING MATTHEW G.
HUDSON TO THE GOLDEN GATE ESTATES LAND
TRUST COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 87-48, as amended,
created the Golden Gate Estates Land Trust Committee and provided
that the Committee shall consist of five (5) members; and
WHEREAS, ~he terms of two (2) members will expire on October
13, 1995; and
WHEREAS,
the Board of county Commissioners previously
provided public notice SOliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEPEFORE, BE IT !tESOLVED BY THE nOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS UF COLLIER COUNT",", FLORIDA, that:
1. Charles Purcell VanG alder, III, is hernby appointed to
the Golden Gate Estates Land Tl ~st Committee for ~ four year term,
said term expiring on October 13, 1999.
2. Matthew G. Hudson is hereby reappointrd to the Golden
Gate Estates Land Trust Committee for a four yeal term, said term
expiring on October 13, 1999.
This Resolution adopted \fter motion, secclld and majority
vote.
