RESOLUTION NO. 95-585
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARY o. WARFIELD TO THE
FOREST LAKES ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, on March 10, 1992, the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County adopted Ordinance 92-16 which created the Forest
Lakes Roadway and Drainage Advisory Committee for the purpose of
assisting the Board in providing and maintaining improved roadway
related drainage and roadway restoration as set forth in County
Ordinance No. ~1-107; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on the Forest Lakes
Roadway and D~ainage Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided publlc notice solie iting applications from interested
parties; and
WHEREAS, a memorandum wa 3 received from stilff advising that
the Committee has made its rec.,mmendation for apI-,:)intment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Mary o. Warfield is
hereby appointed to the Forest Lakes Roadway and Drainaqe Advisory
Committee for a four year te 11, said term expixing on April 21,
1999.
This Res(llution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
