RESOLrrrION NO. 95- 563
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
'PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE CJST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 31-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordina;lce 91-47, the dire::t costs of
i'lbatement of certai.n nuisances, inc Luding prescribed a-iministrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to eacn parcel shall be
alculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
','ith a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid ~nd binding
,bligation upon the property against which made until vaid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall )ecome due and paya:)le thirty (30)
ays after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after ~:~ich interest
.hall accrue at a rate of twelve pI -:cent (12.0%) per a:mum on any
lnpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
as follows, and having been abated of a public nuisanc1 after due and
