RESOLUTION NO. 95- 562
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABhTEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as plovided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certa:n nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by tl'e County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to eaC:1 parcel shall be
calculated and repcrted to the Boar'i of C~unty CommisSioners, together
~dth a description of said parcel; ~nd
WHEREAS, such assessment shal] be a legal, validmd binding
obligation upon th\:! property again.e. t which made until ',aid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall j)ecome due and paya~)le thirty (30)
lays after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest
hall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per annum on any
lnpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CeJNTY
~OMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FI,ORIDA, that the prcperty described
