RESOLUTION NO. 95- 561
A RESOLCrION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
c'batement of certai~ nuisances, including prescribed a~ministrative
cost incurred by tbe County, shall ;)e assessed against such property;

WHEREAS, the cost thereof to t'le County as to eaCl parcel shall be
,.:alculated and repnrted to the Boal j of County Commiss .Loners, together
with a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, validmd binding
'obligation upon the property against which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and payable thirty (30)
,tays after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after \0 hich interest
;hall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per a~mum on any
npaid portion ther~of.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEr BY THE BOARD OF CCJNTY

owner fails to pay fuch assessment within thirty (30) days hereof, a
