RESOLUTION NO. 95- 560
A RESOLt~ION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDIFG FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMEN7 OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by tre Cou~ty, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to t :le County as to eac 1 parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Boal'l of County Commiss Loners, together
'lith a description of said parcel; Ind
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid 'and binding
