A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDr~G FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT Oe:' PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the dir~ct costs of
abatement of certain nuisan:::es, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by tbe County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost ther~of to ';he County as to ea. ~h parcel shall be
calculated and reported to :he Boa(~d of County Commis lioners, together
with a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shal'. be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon th~ property again.:t which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessmen~ shall become due and payable thirty (30)
days after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per -mnum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE,,' BY THE BOARD OF CCUNTY
