RESOLUTION NO. 95-576

A RESOLUTION APPOINTING PATRICIA ANNE GOODNIGHT
TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board was created
on November 21, 1975 and was composed of five (5) members; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on October 26,
1993 adopted Ordinance No. 93-81 which increased the membership
from five ( 5 ) members to seve'. (7) members; and
WHEREAS, there is curren i:ly a vacancy on th 'lS Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board ot County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soli\:iting application~; from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, tllat patricia Anne
Goodnight, representing the Immokalee Communj, ty Park District
category, is hereby appointet to the Parks and Fecreation Advisory
Board for the remainder of tie vacant term, said term expiring on
December 31, 1998.
This Resolution adopted after motion, sE:c:ond and majority
vote.
