RESOLUTION NO. 95-575
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARK ATOM SMITH
AND REAPPOINTING MARK L. LINDNER TO THE
AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-65 created the
Affordable Housinq Commission and provides that the County
Commission s~all appoint five (5) members to the Affordable
Housinq Commission and the City of Naples shall appoint four (4)
members to the Affordable Housing Commission; and
WHEREAS, the terms of t~,) (2) members expi <:ed on October 1,
1995; and
WHEREAS, the Board OJ
County Commissi,)ners previously
provided pUblic notice solicitinq applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, th,~t the followinq
persons are hereby appointed "r reappointed, as Oipplicable, to the
Affordable Housinq Commission'
1. Mark Atom Smith is hereby appointed to represent the
cateqory of County-at-larqe for a three year term, said term to
expire October 1, 1998.
2. Mark L. Lindner is hereby reappointed to represent the
category of Realtor for a t: cee year term, sa;:i term to expire
October 1, 1990.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
