RESOLUTION NO. 95-574
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JOHN P. HICKEY
AND JAMES E . CAVANAGH TO THE COUNTY
GOVERNMENT PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of county Commissioners adopted Collier
County Ordinance No. 91-10 creating the county Government
Productivity Committee; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 93-13 provides that the Committee
shall consist of 13 members; and
WHEREAS, there are two (2) vacancies on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board 01 county Commissi'mers previously
provided public notice soli('iting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the below listed
members are appointed to the County Govern:ient Productivity
Committee as follows:
1) John P. Hickey, rep: esenting Commissior, District No.2,
is hereby appointed to t ..e county Governtlent productivity
Committee to fulfill the remuinder of the vacant term, said term
expiring on February 4, 1997.
2) James E. Cavanagh, representing Commif.;'Jion District No.
3, is hereby appointed to the County Govern,nent Productivity
Committee to f 'Jlfill the rero' inder of th~ vaca!: term, said term
expiring on February 4, 1997.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
