RESOLUTION NO. 95-550
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING GARY F. HAYES
TO THE CONTRACTORS' LICENSING BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 85-42, as amended by
Ordinance NOE. 90-105, 92-61, and 95-11 created the Contractors'
Licensing Board and provides that said Board shall be composed of
nine (9) me~~rs appointed by the Board of County commissioners
with a miniltliJm of two (2) of the members re:~iding within the
corporate cit { limits of Napl'ls or recommended t.., the Board by the
Naples City council; and
WHEREAS, there is currt ntly a vacancy on the Contractors'
Licensing Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board 0 t' County Commiss,oners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER CC'JNTY, FLORIDA, th"t Gary F. Hayes,
a contractor who resides n the city of Naples, is hereby
appointed to t;he Contractors' Licensing Board for the remainder ot
the vacant term, said term expiring June 30, 19~8.
This Resolution adopted after motion, sl'.:ond and majority
vote.
