RESOLOTION NO. 95- 548
A RESOLOTION ADOPTING THE COLLIER COUNTY PARKS AND
RECREATION ~ACILITIES LICENSE AND FEE POLICY,
AS MENDED
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners on December 20, 1994,
adopted Resolution No. 94-848 and thereby amendE!d the Collier County
Parks and Re. ~reation Department Facilities and Outdoor License
Policy; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to further
amend the suiJject policies to include beach and boat vehicle parking

fees; and
WHBREAS, the Board of Co inty Commissioners I lesires to reduce
swimming pool winter daily a lmittance fees by s ,x per cent; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Co'mty Commissioners .~esires to institute
corporate rates for swimming pool and fitness fiicilities; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that the
adoption of the attached (revised) Parks and Re~reation Facilities
License and Fee Policy is in the best interest ~f the citizens of
Collier County.
NOW, THEREJ'ORZ, BB IT RE' :OLVED BY THB BOARD OJ' COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OJ' COLLIER COONTY, rLORIDA, that:
The Parks and Recreation Facilities License and Fee Policy
attached as Exhibit "A" is hereby adopted, wherElby this policy, as
amended, supersedes the forro'!r policy in everYlspect.
