RESOWTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
APPROVING THE LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN COLLIER
COUNTY AND COLLIER COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS FOR
UTILIZATION OF A COUNTY-OWNED BUILDING WITHIN THE
IMMOKALEE RECREATIONAL AQUATIC COMPLEX.

WHEREAS, Collier County Public Schools ("SChool District"),
desires to lea,:e a vacant building owned by Collier County, a
political subdi'/ision of the State of Florida ("COllier County"),
for use as an education facility within the Immokalee
Recreational A~Jatic Complex;

WHEREAS, the Board of Coun', y COlll1llissioners is satisfied that

NOW THERE'FORE, BE IT RE.. ;OLVED BY THE BO,\RD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. The Board of County commissioners does approve the
attached Lease Agreement between Collier County and Collier
County Public Schools.
2. The Chairman of the : )ard of County Co:unissioners of
Collier County is hereby author zed to execute the attached Lease
Agreement.
