RESOLUTION RENAMING COCCOLOBA CHASE TO
"PERSIMMON DRIVE", WHIC1I STREET IS
LOCATED IN UNIT 9, TRACT A, PLAT BOOK 25,
PAGE 6, AND UNIT 8 TRACT R, PLAT BOOK 25,
PAGES 31 , 32 IN THE PELICAN MARSH Pt1D
AND IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH,
RANGE 25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Roard of County commissioners is authorized pursuant
to authority ot Clv'.pter 336.05, Florida statutes, to name or rename
streets and roads, except for certain state roads; and
WHEREAS, the '1oard of County commissioners has been requested to
confirm the renaming of Coccoloba Ihase to Persimmon lrrive. This
rJtreet is located in Section 35, T' wnship 48 South, It.nge 25 East,
Collier County, Florida, Pelican Marsh POD, according to the plat
:hereof, recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 6, and Plat Beok 25, Pages 31 ,
s2, of the Official Records of Collier County, Florida;
WHEREAS, there appears to be no street in Collie:: County with this
Ilame or any similar sounding name; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for dentification purp~ses to confirm
~he name of this street,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
That the name of Coccoloba Chase is hereby changne! to and
"on! irmed as Persimmon Dr! ve.
BE IT FURTHER ~~OLVED that t is Resolution be r~corded in the
