RESOLUTION NO. 95-635
A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board was created
on November 25, 1975 and was composed ot tive (5) members; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on October 26,
1993 adopted Ordinance No. 93-81 which increased the membership
trom five (5) members to seven (7) members; and
WHEREAS the terms of two (2) members shall expire December
31, 1995, creatinq vacancies on this Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County COllUllissioners previously
provided pU):\lic notice solicitinq applications trom interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE r RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Max A. Hasse, Jr., r epresentinq the U;'ban Area Community
Park District cateqory, is hereby reappointed to the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Board for a term ot tour (4) years, said term
to expire on December 31, 1999.
2. Gil C. Mueller, rf')resenting the Mar~o Island Community
Park District cateqory, is :tereby reappointed to the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Board f(." a term ot tour (,.) years, said term
to expire on December 31, 19)9.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
