RESOLUTION NO. 95 -617
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
VIZCAYA AT BAY COLONY, RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE
SECURITY, AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE
MAINTAINED B'l THE H011EOWNERS ASSOCIATION.

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on November 13, 1990, approved the plat of Vizcaya at Bay
Colony for recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the
roadway, draini:ge, water and sewer improvements in accordance with
the approved p.l,ans and specif ications al.d as required by the Land
Devel~pment Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended);
and the Utilit'es Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier
County Ordina~~ No. 88-76, as amended), and
WHEREAS, the developer has now requested final acceptance of
the roadway, drainage / water ar'd sewer improvements and release of
his maintenanc(l security; and
WHEREAS, ~he Compliance SI rvices Section of revelopment
Services Department has inspec' ed the roadway, driinage, water and
sewer improvements and is reCOJ mending acceptance of said
facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES!;LVED BY THE BOARD ('F COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNT" FLORIDA, that final acceptance be
granted for those roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements
in Vizcaya at Bay Colony, and authorize the Clerk to release the
maintenance security.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED ANI' ORDERED that the county accept the
future maintenance and other a tendant costs for +;.he roadway,
drainage, water and sewer impr. 'Iements that are nr", t. required to be
maintained by the homeowners a sociation.
This ReSOlution adopted a ter motion, second and majority vote
favoring same.
