RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF LES CHATEAUX
A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT
KNOWN AS PELICAN MARSH UNIT NINE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on February 7, 1995 approved the plat of Pelican Marsh Unit
Nine for recording; and
WHEREAS, WCI Communities Limited Partnership is replatting
Parcel C and portions of Tract B and Tract C of Pelican Marsh Unit
Nine and has filed for a replat of said lands; and
WHEREAS, this replat does not extinguish or in anyway affect
the dedications ~ontained in the previous plat of these lands unless
said dedicatior's are formally vacated simultaneously with the
acceptance of this rep1ati and
WHEREAS, this parcel, thE approved plat of L~s Chateaux, is a
part of a previously approved ad recorded plat, P~lican Karsh Unit
Nine, and the tiling and recorc. Lng of this approvl:d plat shall not
affect access to lots previous y conveyed under 1 he Pelican Karsh
Unit Nine plat.
NOW, THEilEFORE, BE IT R SOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Of COLLIE}' COUNTY, FLORIDA, .:hat the plat of
Les Chateaux, a part of a previously approved and recorded plat,
Pelican Marsh Unit Nine, is hereby approved for recording and the
dedications contained on the plat of Les Chateaux are hereby
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED !\NO ORDERED that ...he Clerk of the
Circuit Court shall make prope ' notation of thic action upon the
previous plat and record this replat resolution in the Official
Records of Collier County.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
