RESOLUTION NO. 95-615
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
ROADWAY, DRAll/AGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
LAKE AVALON PROFESSIONAL CENTER, RELEASE OF THE
MAINTENANCE SECURITY, AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE
MAINTAINED BY THE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION.

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on May 8, 1990, approved the plat of Lake Avalon
Professional Ce11ter for recording; and
,WHEREAS, t;e developer has constructed and maintained the
roadway, draina]e, water and sewer improvements in accordance with
the approved plans and specifications and as requi~ed by the Land
Development Code (ColLter County Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended);
and the Utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier
County Ordinanc! No. 88-76, as lmended), and
WHEREAS, the developer has now r~quested finaL acceptance of
the roadway, drainage, ~ater ar.l sewer improvement; and release ot
his maintenance securi~Yi and
WHEREAS, tlle Compliance Se'.:"vices Section of D tvelopment
Services Department has inspect ~d the roadway, dra.~nage, water and
sewer improvements and is recorr~ending acceptance ,)f said
facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD ClF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that fi',i'll acceptance be
granted for those road~ay, drainage, water and se\~r improvements
in Lake Avalon ~rotessional Cer :er, and authorize ~he Clerk to
release the maintenance securit '.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED ANI ORDERED that the (.:>unty accept the
future maintenance and other at :endant costs for the roadway, .
drainage, water and seNer impr( lements that are not required to be
maintained by tle property owners association.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second lnd majority vote
favoring same.
