RESOLUTION NO. 95-622
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING BONNER G. BACON, SR.
AND CHERYLE L. NEWMAN '1'0 THE COLDEN CATE
PARKWAY BEAUTIFICATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 87-78 confirmed the
creation of the Colden Gate Parkway Beautification Advisory
Committee and provides that the Committee shall be composed of
five (5) regular members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently two (2) vacancies on this
Committee; an'-
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice SOlicitinq applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUN1 i, FLORIDA, that:
1. Cheryle L. Newman is hereby appointed t., the Colden Cate
Parkway Beautification AdvisOll Committee for the remainder of the
vacant term, said term expiring on October 6, 1997.
2. Bonner G. Bacon, Sr., is hereby appoin~ed to the Golden
Gate Parkway Beautification P lvisory Committee for the remainder
of the vacant term, said termlxpirinq on OctobeI 5, 1998.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
