RESOLUTION NO. 95-620
RESOLUTION 'REAPPOINTING CHARLES A. DAURAY, JR.,
TO THE COLLIER COUNTY HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, on July 29, 1980,
adopted Ordinance No. 80-66 creating the Collier County Housing
Finance Authority pursuant to the authority of Chapter 159, Part
IV, Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, the Collier county Housing Finance Authority is
composed ot tr.ve members with staggered terms; and
WHEREAS, the term one (1) member has expired; and
WHEREAS, the Collier county Housing Finance Authority desires
to reappoint Charles A. Daura' , Jr., to the Authrlrity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COU~rY, FLORIDA, that charles A. Dauray,
Jr., is herehy reappointed t., the Collier Count y Housing Finance
Authority for a tour year term to expire on August 5, 1999.
This Resolution adopted after motion, se~ond and majority
vote.
