RESOLUTIOtl NO. 95 -603
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZIllG FINAL ACCEPTANCE
OF THOSE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN PARKWAY PLAZA,
RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY, AND
ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY
FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED
TO BE MAINTAIUED BY THE PROPERTY OWNERS
ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on Septem~er 24, 1991, approved the plat of Parkway Plaza for
recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the roadway,
drainage, water anrl sewer improvements in accordance with the approved
j?lans and specific.-..tions and as rei uired by the Land revelopment Code
(Collier County Ordinance No. 91-112, as amended); am, the Utilities
standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier County Orcinance No. 88-76,
as amended), and
WHEREAS, the developer has no': requested final acceptance of the
roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements and r,olease of his
~aintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of Development Services
Jepartment has inspected the roadway, drainage, water and sewer
improvements and is recommending acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT F< ESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C. )UNTY
~OMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COCHTY, F ORIDA, that final -"cceptance be
;franted for those roadway, drainag , water and sewer J.mprovements in
?arkway Plaza, and authorize the C erk to release the maintenance
~ecurity.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND OR ERED that the County accept the
future maintenance and other atten~ant costs for the roadway, and
drainage improvements that are not required to be maintained by the
~roperty owners association. The ~ater and sewer tac{lities will be
,wned and maintained by Florida Cities Water Company.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote
