RESOLUTI011 no. 95 -602
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
HORR'S ISLMID A.K.A. KEY MARCO, RELEASE OF THE
MAINTENANCE SECURITY, AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND
SEWER IMPROVEMEllTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE
MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on November 10, 1992, approved the plat of Horr's Island'
A.K.A. Key Mar~o for recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the
roadway, drain~ge, water and sewer improvements in accordance with
the approved plans and specifications and as required by the Land
Development CO,'e (Collier Count y Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended);
and the Utilitles Standards anc Procedures Ordinar.ce (Collier
County Ordinance No. 88-76, as amended), and
WHEREAS, ~he developer ha now requested fini 1 acceptance of
the roadway, dcainage, water a d sewer improvemen~.s and release of
his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Compliance s-.rvices Section of Levelopment
Services Department has inspected the roadway, drainage, water and
sewer improvements and is reconmending acceptance of said
facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD JF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNT " FLORIDA, that fi~al acceptance be
granted for those roadway, dra nage, water and se~,'er improvements
in Horr's Island A.K.A. Key Ma co, and authorize the Clerk to
release the maintenance securiy.
BE IT FUR!HER RESOLVED AN I ORDERED that the County accept the
future main~enance and other a~tendant costs for the roadway,
drainage, water and sewer improvements that are not required to be
maintained by the homeowners association.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote
favoring same.
