RELATING TO PETITION NO. CU-94-11 FOR
EXTENSION OF CortDITIONAL USE OF PROPERTY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED HI COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in Chapter. 125, .
f'lorida Statutes, has conferred on all counties in Florida the power to
establish, coordinz,te and enforce zoning and such business regulations
as are necessary for the protection of the public; and
WHEREAS, the (ounty pursuant t ~lereto has adopted a Land
r)evelopment Code (Ordinance No. 91- 102) which establis~es comprehensive
~oning regulations tor the zoning (f particular divisj~ns of the
County, among which is the grantin~ and extending the time period of
:onditional Uses; and
WHEREAS, on October 25, 1994, ~he Board of Zoning Appeals enacted
"tesolution No. 94-752, which granted a conditional us-' pursuant to
>rdinance No. 91-10~, tor church e"pansion, on the beJ.ow described
~roperty ; and
WHEREAS, Subsection 2.7.4.5 c the Land Developm.!nt Code provides
that the Board ot z~ning Appeals m'f extend the one (1) year time
period for a conditional use which has not been commenced;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of zlning Appeals ot
::ollier County, Florida that:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
minutes of this Board and in the records of the Petition for which the
extension is granted.
