RESOLUTION FOR PETITION AV 95-007 TO VACATE A DRAINAGE
EASEMENT LOCATED ON A PORTION OF LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK B,
ON THE PLAT OF LEXINGTON AT LONE OAK UNIT 1, AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 24-27, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 177.101, Florida Statutes, Karen K. Bishop, as
agent for owner, The Lone Oak. Ltd., does hereby request the vacation of a
~- drainage easement located on a portion of Lots 4 and 5, Block B, as shown on the
plat of Lexington at tone Oak Unit 1. as recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 24-27,
of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; and
WH~~EAS, the Board has this day he] 1 a publ1c hearing to 'onsider vacating
a portion of said plat as more fully de~ :::ribed below, and noti.:e of said public
hearing to vacate was given as required .y law; and
WHEREAS, the granting of the vacation will not adversely affect the
ownership or right of convenient access of other property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the follo~ ng be and is hereby vacated:
The 15 foot drainage easement on ots 4 and 5, Block B, on the Plat of
Lexington at Lone Oak Unit 1, as recorcd in Plat Book 22, Pages 24-27, of the
Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and depicted on the Exhibit "A"
attached to and incorporated herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directl'd to record this
Resolution in the Public Records of Co ier County, Florida s'd to make proper
notations of this vacation on said plat
This resolution adopted after mot on, second and majority vote favoring
