RESOLUTION FOR PETITION AV 95-014 TO VACATE ^ UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED ON A PORTION OF EDGEWILD BOULEVARD ON THE
PLAT OF EDGEWILD, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 44-45,
OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 177.101, Florida Statutes, Butler Engineering,
Inc. as agent for ,wner, Quail Woods Estates Development, does hereby request

the vacation of a utility easement located on a portion of Edgewild Boulevard
a.k.a. The Lane, al shown on the plat of Edgewild, as recorded in Plat Book 13,
Pages 44-45, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. and
WHEREAS, the i'oard on April 14, 987 by Resolution No. 87-83 has vacated,
renounced and disclaimed nny public interest in said pcction of Edgewi1d
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the Board by said Res' lution No. 87-83 retdned as a utility
easement said portion of Edgewild Blvd, and
WHEREAS, the Board has this day held a public hearing to consider vacating
a portion of said plat as more fully described below, and no~ice of said public
hearing to vacate was given as require by law; and
WHEREAS, the granting of the
aeation will not a~:orsely affect the
ownership or right of convenient acces of other property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED c,Y THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following be and is hereby "aeated:

BE IT F1JRTHER RESOLVED. that the Clerk is hereby direc ::ed to record this
