RIGHT OF ENTRY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that COLLIER COUNTY, A POLITICAL
SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, its. successors and assigns, whose mailing
address is 3301 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor"), for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration,
does hereby grant unto LEE COUNTY ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC., a Florida Non Profit
corporation whose mailing address is P.O. Box 3455, North Fort Myers, Florida 33918
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"), the temporary license and right to enter upon the lands of
the Grantor to stage, and place or load materials, including, but not limited to, electrical
transmission poles, and other equipment or improvements appurtenant thereto or thereunder
for the purpose of constructing an electric supply line located in the Marco River north of Marco
Island on the following described property:
See attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein by reference.
ALL RIGHT AND PRIVILEGE herein granted shall terminate one (1) year from the date
of execution of this Right of Entry;
ADDITIONALLY, the rights and interest conveyed hereunder are conditioned upon the
reasonable exercise thereof by Grantee. Grantee agrees not to unreasonably interfere with
Grantor's use of the lands described in Exhibit "A". Grantee further agrees that it shall, at the
Grantee's cost, repair any damage caused to Grantor's property as a result of Grantee's
construction activities, and, at the conclusion of construction, to restore the surface of the lands
to the condition existing prior to the commencement of construction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed.

Commence at the concrete monument marking the Northwest corner of the NW 'Y4 of the NE 'Y4 of said
Section 4; thence S 880 24' 08" E along the North line of said Section 4 a distance of 527.86 feet to the
Centerline of Construction for State Road S-951-B; thence S 200 34' 26" W along said Centerline a
distance of 2,109.12 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Easterly; thence Southerly along said curve
having a radius of 2,291.88 feet through a central angle of 14030' 00" an arc distance of 580.00 feet to the
end of said curve; thence S 060 04' 26" W along the Centerline of Construction a distance of 402.24 feet;
thence S 830 55' 34" E a distance of 35.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue S 830 55'
34" E a distance of 75.00 feet to the Existing Easterly Right of Way line for State Road S-951-B; thence S
