RESOLUTION NO. 95-BAR-9
A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO SECTION 129.06(2),
FLORIDA STATUTES, TO AMEND THE BUOCET FOR THE
1994/95 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2), Florida statutes, provides that the board of
county commisuioners of a county at any time within a fiscal year may amend a
budget for that year, and provides the procedures therefor; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of COLlier County, Florida, has
received copirs of budget amendments which provide for but are not limited tOI
anticipated c/'rry forward, unanticipated revenue, and/or receipts of a nature
from a source not anticipated in the budget and rec.iveel for a particular
purpose, apprrpriations for exper.~itures in particular funds that should be
decreased and other appropriatior I in thu same fund that should be
correspondingJv increased; appro~'~iations from the resel,e for contingencies,
appropriation! from the reserve f)r future construction ,nd improvements, and
increased recfipto for enterprise or proprietary funds J'lceived for a particular
purpolle; and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that it ill approl ~iate to amend the
Budget for Fisc~l Year 1994/95 by resolution pursuant tc Section 129.06, Florida
Statutell.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV'O BY THE BOARD OF COUN.Y COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budget amendments to the 1994/95 FY Budget
described h~rebelow are approved and hereby adopted and the 1994/95 FY Budget i.
