PROVIJING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ~ATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.

WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
. abatement of cel~ain nuisances, lncluding prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, sha.l be assessed agaLlst such property;
and
WHEREAS, tl! cost thereof t) the County as to !ach parcel shall be
calculated and 7eported to the E )ard of County Comm.ssioners, together
with a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment s~.all be a legal, val.d and binding
obligation upon the property against which made until paid, and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and payable thirty (30)
days after the mailing of Notice of Assessment aftE ~ which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) pE:: annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOl rED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA, that the ;)roperty described
