WHEREAS, th'! Legislature of the State of Flori,.la in Chapter
67-1246, Laws of Florida, and Chlpter 125, Florida 1tatutes, has
conferred on Collier County the )ower to establish, coordinate and
enforce zoning 81d such business regulations as 'are necessary for the
protection of thl~ publicj and
WHEREAS, tt;e County pursuan~. thereto has adopt,,!d a Land
Development Code (Ordinance No. 91-102) which includes a Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance establishing regulations for the z)ning of particular
geographic divisi;Jns of the COU'tty, among which is the granting Of

WHEREAS, the Collier County Planning Commission, being the duly
appointed and con~tituted planni,g board for the area hereby affected,
has held a public hearing after notice as in said ra.gulations made and
provided, and has considered the advisability of an Essential Services

property hereinafter described as:
