RESOLUTION FOR PETITION AV 95-005 TO VACATE A DRAINAGE
EASEMENT LOCATED ON TRACT A, OF THE PLAT OF EAGLE CREEK
COUNTRY CLUB AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 1-5, OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 177.101, Florida Statutes, Jack Nold, as agent
for owner, Eagh Creek Properties, Inc., does hereby request the vacation of a
drainage easemen, located on a portion of Tract A as shown on the plat of Eagle
Creek Country Club, as recorded 11 Plat Book 14, Page~ 1-5, of the Public
Records of Collier County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, U e Board has this de I held a public hearinl to consider vacating
a portion of sa~d plat as more fu1 y descried below, and notice of said public
hearing to vacate was given as requlred by law; and
WHEREAS, the Board has this day held a public hearing to consider vacating
a portion of said plat as more fully described below, ana notice of said public
hearing to vacate was given as requ red by law; and
