RESOLUTION NO. 95- 490
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE AMENDED TENTATIVE
BUDGETS FOR FY 1995-96
WHEREAS, Section 200.065, Florida Statutes, provides the
procedure for fixing the millage ratesi and
WHEREAS, Section 129.03, Florida Statutes, sets forth the
procedure fOt preparation and adoption of the budget; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has received
and examined the tentative budgets for each of the CountYis

WHEREAS,
on July 25,
1995,
the BOrrd of County
CommissionerA adopted Reso'ution No. 95-434 approving the
County's proposed millage ra'es and setting the public hearings
for adoption of the final mi lage rates; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 200.065, Florida Statutes, a
public hearing was held on September 6, 1995 to adopt the
tentative budgets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE r:OARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER CO' '~TY, FLORIDA, that the FY 1995-96
