RESOLUTION NO. 95-484
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MICHAEL J.
DELATE, CASEY WOLFF AllD L.E. KEETH KIPP
TO THE COLLIER COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL
POLICY TECHNICAL ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREA.;, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-26 creating the
Collier CO'lnty Environmental Policy Technical Advisory Board
provides thlt the Board shall consist of nine (9) members; and
WHER~.S, the Board of County Commissioners on June 18, 1991
adopted Collier County Ordi 1ance No. 91-48 wh.ch amends Ordinance
No. 91-26 by providing t'lat the Collier C )unty Environmental
Policy Tec,mical Advisory Board shall cons. st of eleven (11)
members; ar.1
WHEREAS, there are currently three (3) vacancies on the
Environmental Policy Technical Advisory Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board ot County Commi: sioners previously
provided pUblic notice so iciting applicatic:ns from interested
parties.

r RESOLVED BY TJ!E BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
