RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECORDING OF NOTICES
OF DELINQUENT SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE
1994 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL
SER'TICES PURSUANT TO COLLIER COUNTY
ORD1NANCE NO. 90-30, AS AKENDED, AND
DIR'~ING THAT WRITTEN NOTICES OF SUCH
RECoJRDATION or LIENS BE MAILED TO THE
AFF~CTED RESIDENTIAL UNIT OWNERS.
WHEREAS, section Twelve ot Collier County O~dinance No.
90-30, as amended, requires that the Board ot County
Commissioners, by Resolution, record notices ot Jelinquent special
assessments tor solid waste c')llection and dispelal services tor
certain real properties in Sc Lid Waste Oistrict ~o. 1 or Solid
Waste District No.2 in uninc ~rporated Collier ()unty; and
WHEREAS, the Resolution to record is to be approved atter the
Tax Collector (or other Board designee) delivera to the Board a
list ot outstanding and delinquent special asselsments; and
WHEREAS, said list ot 0\' tstanding and deliJ.quent special
assessments has been receive' by the Board from the Tax Collector
through the C:.erk pursuant t, an Agreement between the Tax
Collector and the Board; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section Twelve ot Collier County
Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended,

ReSOlution, a map ot Solid W \ste Di.tricts .ro. ; and No.2, and
the list of the 1994 delinqu nt Solid Waste Collection and
Di.posal Service. Special A.s...m.nt., as "Exhibit A", attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
2. The Clerk is hereby dir.cted to mail "0 each residential

respective owner's delinquen special assessment, lien for 1994.
