RESOLUTION NO. 95 -470
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPT.ANCE OF THOSE
ROIOWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
CAJ\~ILLON, RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY, AND
ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
ROAOWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT
ARt NOT REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS
ASs',)CIATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on \pril 15, 1993, lpproved the plat o~ Carillon for
recording; and
WHEREAS. the developer ;las constructed and maintained the
roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements in accordance with
the approvec'.. plans and spec! tications and as reJUired by the Land
Development '~ode (Collier County Ordinance No. '1-102, as amended);
and the uti] ities Standards .,nd Procedures Ordi:1ance (Collier
County Ordinance No. 88-76, 'IS amended), and
WHEREAS, the developer has now requested final acceptance of
the roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements and release of
his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of. Development
Services Department has insJ: 'lcted the roadway, drainage, water and
sewer improvements and is re:ommending acceptar ..:e of said
facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT F :SOLVEO BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUiJTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance be
granted for those roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements
in Carillon, and authorize the Clerk to release the maintenance
security.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that th', County accept the
future maintenance and other attendant costs fo" the roadway,
drainage, water and sewer i~ 'rovements that are not required to be
maintained by the homeownerf aR8ociation.
This Resolution adopted after motion, seco:.d and majority vote
favoring same.
