RESOLUTION NO. 95 -463
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
LEX1NGTON AT LONE OAK, UNIT ONE, RELEASE OF THE
MAII.rENANCE SECURITY, AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE
RESJONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND
SEWFR IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE
MAIl rAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners ~f Collier County,
Florida, on hay 25, 1993, approved the plat of Lexington at Lone
Oak, Unit One for recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer J as constructed and uaintained the
roadway, dra~nage, water and sewer improvements in accordance with
the approved pl~ns and speci: ications and as re(Jired by the Land
Development I :ode (Collier COI nty Ordinance !lo. ~ 1-102, as amended);
and the Util~ties Standards Lnd Procedures ordir !nce (Collier
County Ordin-mce No. 88-76, ;.g amended), and
WHEREAS, the developer hdS now requested final acceptance of
the roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements and release of
his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section 0.' Development
Services Depa1:tment has insp"cted the roadway, llrainage, water and
sewer improvements and is re ommending acceptan( e of said
facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT F. SOLVED BY THE SOARL OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COU TV, FLORIDA, that final acceptance be
granted for tJose roadway, d ainage, water and sewer improvements
in Lexing1'on .lt Lone Oak, Unit One, and authorize the Clerk to
release the maintenance security.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that th County accept the
future maintenance and other attendant costs fOi- the roadway,
drainage, water and sewer improvements that are not required to be
maintained by the homeowner~ association.
