A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MICHAEL J. BRUET
TO THE COLLIER COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS,
the Collier County Planning Commission was
established by Collier County Ordinance No. 85-51, as amended by
Collier County Ordinance No. 86-76; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended,
repealed ar,.1 replaced Ordinance No.
85-51,
as amended,
re-establishing the Collier County Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11-102, as amended, provides that the
Collier Coun;':y Planning Com, lssion shall be co tposed of nine (9)
members reprl ~senting the f i VI commission distri( ts; and
WHEREAS, Lee Layne, reT resenting Commissi,.n District NO.2,
has resigned which creates a vacancy on the Planning commission;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commisr, loners previously
provided public notice sol citing applicatioJ s from interested
parties.
NOW, THLREFORE, BE I RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIOJ.'ERB OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Michael J. Bruet,
representing Commission District NO.2, is here'~ appointed to the
Collier county Planning Commission to fill th~l remainder of the
vacant term, said term expiY :ng on October 1, 1;'96.
