RESOLUTION NO. 95-~52
A RES01JUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIO:r:NG FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE A iATEMERT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as 'rovided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, ii'cluding prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shal be a&sessed againl t such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to e, ch parcel shall be
calculated and re?orted to the BOdrd of County Commi sioners, together
with a descriptio.:1 of said parcel and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valia and binding
obligation upon the property against which made ~~til paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and palable thirty (30)
days after the mailing of Notice of Assessment aftel which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve '>ercent (12. ot) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL' m BY THE BOARD OF ,~:OUNTY
