A RESOl tTI'ION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVID1NG FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE AAATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDIHANCT' 91-47.
WHEREAS, as ""lrovided in Ordi:.ance 91-47, the diJ ect costs of
abatement of certdn nuisances, i .c1uding prescribed administrative
cost incurred by ':he County, shal. be assessed againl t such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to e. ch parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commi~sioners, together
with a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valiJ and binding
obligation upon the property against which made unti J. paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment sha] . become due and pS/able thirty (30)
days after the mailing of Notice 'Jf Assessment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve ')ercent (12. ot) pel annum on any
unpaid portion th~reof.
NOW, THEREFOLE, BE IT RESOL\lm BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
as follows, and having been abated of a PUblic nuis.nce after due and
proper notice thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed
the following costs of such abatement, to wit:

to the owner or owners of the ab:ve described property, and if such
owner fails to pay such asse8smeut within thirty (30) days hereof, a
certified copy of this Resolution shall be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Courts, 1.n and for Colher County, Florida, to constitute a
.lien against such property according to law, unless such direction is
stayed by this Board upon appeal of the assessment c.f the owner.
